Gross recovery against a landscaping company and various governmental entities for a motorcyclist who suffered injuries to his upper and lower body. The motorcyclist was hit late at night by an underinsured car. The driver of the car said that she could not see the motorcycle because of the vision obstruction created by some overgrown hedges that were on the roadway median.
Gross recovery against a landscaping company and a handful of public entities and private companies on behalf of a motor scooter passenger (who was not wearing a helmet) who suffered a traumatic brain injury resulting from a crash with an underinsured taxi cab. The crash resulted, in part, by a vision obstruction that was due to slightly overgrown landscaping on the median.
